A Glass Canvas for the Aquarium Hobby

UNS, short for Ultum Nature Systems, is a major manufacturer of quality aquariums from the United States of America. Innovative designs and high-quality workmanship set this manufacturer apart.

The aquariums are made from 91% diamond glass, an extremely high-quality low-iron glass with excellent properties and outstanding transparency. The edges are mitered, which gives them an elegant, stylish look.

UNS offers the aquarium types Cube, Nano, Standard, Long, Shallow and Tall.

The Cube Rimless is a cube-shaped aquarium with volumes from 4 to 117 liters. This type of aquarium saves space and is popular with aquarium enthusiasts as a shrimp tank.

Nano Rimless aquariums are becoming increasingly popular because they are miniature versions of standard-size aquariums but require much less budget and space. They are ideal for small rooms and look excellent on a nightstand, on a shelf or on a small side table. Their horizontal space allows for greater depth perception and creativity, as well as swimming space for smaller fish species and shrimp.

The most common aquarium sizes fall into the Standard Rimless Aquarium category. These tanks are available in sizes from 40 - 400 liters and more. They offer plenty of room for creative hardscape designs or Dutch-style layouts. Thanks to their size, they are ideal for creating unique Iwagumi-style Nature Aquariums with elaborate structures.

Long Rimless aquariums offer a wide panoramic view and, thanks to their generous horizontal footprint, allow for longer aquascape designs. They are particularly suitable for recreating varied river courses or streams. These aquariums also allow for large hardscape structures that protrude impressively from the tank. Their elongated shape demands a special degree of creativity. Nano schooling fish and particularly active swimmers are often kept in these aquariums. The horizontal swimming space of Long Rimless aquariums is ideal for animals that prefer plenty of room to swim and explore. You can buy sizes from 15 to 80 liters in our aquarium online shop.

Shallow Rimless aquariums offer a low panoramic view and call for some creative aquascaping ideas, as they lack height. They make up for this with the available depth and are, all in all, wonderful canvases for growing aquatic plants or brilliant for a pond-style design. No matter how small or large these low aquarium tanks are, they offer an ideal way to bring a unique Nature Aquarium into your home. Available volumes range from 7 to 257 liters.

The Tall Rimless aquarium offers extra height, which makes it ideal for creative, vertical aquascapes. Long roots and other hardscape work perfectly in this kind of aquarium. The smaller models are ideal for a minimalist approach and for showcasing individual elements. This category highlights intricate details and inspires unusual ideas and techniques.

All UNS aquariums are rimless, and the glass panels are mitered at 45°. As a result, the silicone seams on the inside are barely visible.

The high-quality glass, the good workmanship and the many different aquarium types make UNS a very interesting supplier of aquariums for aquascaping.
