Aquascaping as a passion - that's something you share with us. As co-founders of the aquascaping scene in Germany, operators of Flowgrow and manufacturers of Aqua Rebell, we know what makes aquascapers' hearts beat faster. Before an item makes it into our product range, it has a long way to go. We have personally tested almost all of our items. If an item doesn't convince us, it doesn't make it into our product range.
Besides one of the largest ranges of glassware and CO2 equipment for aquascaping in Europe, we also offer you many rarities that are available exclusively in our online shop.
Search
Our online shop is divided into main categories, which you can open at the very top of our online shop. If you visit our website on a smartphone or tablet, you'll find our categories in the mobile menu in the top left corner. Each main category contains a number of subcategories, which you can open by clicking the subcategory image at the top of the page and in the left-hand menu.
Below the category images, you can see how many items are currently being displayed. To the right of that, you can change the sorting (name or price) and the view (gallery or list).
In the left column of our catalog view, you can narrow down the items displayed. Simply select the price ranges, ratings, brands or product-specific properties you want, and the results will change automatically.
After every subcategory, price range, brand, rating or product-specific property, you'll find a number in parentheses. This number shows you how many items with the corresponding property we have in the current category.
Our catalog is designed so that a category displays all items from all of its subcategories. If you're in the "Aquatic plants" category, you'll see all items from "Ground Cover", "Foreground" and so on.
At the very bottom of our online shop, you'll find an overview of the brands we offer. Simply click a brand to see all items from that brand.
If you'd like to browse for items, our catalog is just the thing for you. If you already know what you're looking for, you can click the magnifying glass in the green bar at the top of our online shop. Simply enter your search term and press Enter - and we'll present the results to you. As search terms, you can enter, for example, the brand, parts of an item name, our item number or the manufacturer's item number, or an EAN.
Availability
At the top of our item detail pages, you can see whether an item is in stock with us. We can ship all available items immediately. This is shown to you by the following lines.

If the item you want is currently sold out, we offer to notify you when it's available again. To do so, simply click the notification feature on the detail page of the sold-out item you want, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll then send you an email notification when the item is available again.
News
New trends, brands or simply beautiful items - we're happy to keep you informed about new items in our product range. For this purpose, we've created a dedicated category that shows the latest items from recent weeks.
Alternatively, you can also be notified when we offer new items. We don't just publish new items in our online shop, but also on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Simply subscribe to our account and follow us - maybe there's something for you, too.
Customer reviews
All of our items can be rated by our customers. When submitting a review, an item is rated with up to five stars and commented on. The average number of stars for an item makes up its overall rating.
In our catalog, ratings are shown as yellow stars. The following rating shows a 4 out of 5 star rating and therefore corresponds to the opinion "I like it":
If you have your own customer account with us, you can write item reviews too. To do so, simply open the detail page of the item of your choice and click "Rate this item". Please note, however, that you can only rate each item once. Ideally, write your review as detailed but also as concise as possible.
All reviews are published partially anonymized. In your My Aquasabi, you can edit your public review nickname under the "Settings" menu item. By default, your first name and the first letter of your last name are displayed.
Class B items
Retailers use the term Class B items for items that have suffered a slight loss of quality and are usually offered at a heavily reduced price. These can be, for example, items that have already been unpacked, used for a short time or are minimally damaged (e.g. a scratch). Display items also fall into the Class B category. Severely damaged or defective items fall into Class C and are not sold.
With us, Class B items are mainly in vitro aquatic plants that no longer look one hundred percent vital but can recover after a short time. If a plant shows deficiency symptoms such as yellow shoots or leaves, we classify it as a Class B item.
All items we offer as Class B items are clearly marked as such in the item name. A large notice also appears on the detail page of such items. You'll find our Class B items alongside our special offers in our "Sale" category - at absolute bargain prices!
