Chihiros Aquarium Lighting

Chihiros scores with energy-saving LED technology for aquarium lighting - and at a very fair price. The Chinese manufacturer offers several series, which we have already presented in more detail in this article in our Aquascaping Wiki. Chihiros generally offers a wide range of LED systems in the categories of top-mounted lights, clip-on lights and pendant lights. As an aquarist, you can choose between pure white LEDs (A Series and A Plus) and lights with color-enhancing LEDs (RGB and WRGB Series). Chihiros even offers a stylish LED light for Wabi Kusa, which can also be used to light nano aquariums. With the C Series, the innovative lighting manufacturer also has classic clip-on lights in its portfolio, which are perfect for installing over a nano aquarium.

Depending on the model, you can adjust the light intensity of the LED lights with the included manual dimmers or with an optionally available wireless remote control. You can choose between seven different brightness levels - a great way to control the lighting of your aquarium. The Bluetooth dimmers offered as accessories, which have more setting options than the regular dimmers, let you program daily cycles and, with the WRGB lights, also control the individual color channels.

Note: With the exception of the S line, Chihiros lights are not designed for use under a cover in a closed aquarium.
