Description
These tubes are manufactured of branches, still covered with bark, of willows which grow along the streems of the north of the Black Forest in southwestern Germany. As they are a hand-made natural product, they may vary in size.
Willow canes can be used in many different ways. They are an uncommon aquarium decoration that gives shelter to several aquarium inhabitants.

Usage
If the tubes are taken directly into the aquarium, they float for several days before sinking to the ground. If you want to place them directly on the ground, let them soak in a separate vessel before. Also blanching with hot water makes them better sink.

is perfect for my Amano shrimp. I was unsure at first whether the sizable females would fit through as well. The concerns were unfounded, there's more than enough room all around. (read more)

Die Größe
ist perfekt für meine Amanogarnelen. Ich war zunächst unsicher, ob auch die stattlichen Weibchen hindurchpassen. Die Bedenken waren unbegründet, der Spielraum ist rundherum mehr als ausreichend. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, wunderbare Qualität. Jederzeit wieder. Danke Aquasabi.

The XL willow tubes are a great size for my Amano shrimp and my Ancistrus catfish. They use them for hiding but also as a food source. I immediately ordered some more.

Die XL Weidenröhrchen haben eine super Größe für meine Amanogarnelen und meine Ancistrus Welse. Sie werden zum Verstecken aber auch als Nahrungsquelle genutzt. Ich habe mir gleich nochmal welche bestellt.
