Description
The HYPERBAR from SKYLIGHT is a revolutionary LED aquarium light specially developed for freshwater aquariums. Each of the five models is suitable for different aquarium sizes and has an optimized WRGB spectrum to promote plant growth and improve colour rendering. With the integrated SKYLIGHT WLAN controller, the lighting can be conveniently controlled via the SLcontrol app to set daily schedules and create individual lighting scenarios. The lights also offer versatile mounting options, including the option of placing them directly on glass surfaces or terrarium lids using rubber feet. Each model has an IP67 water resistance rating, which protects them against dust, splash water and temporary submersion. They are therefore also suitable for operation under an aquarium cover.
A protective film may be applied to the acrylic glass and mirror surfaces, which must be removed before use.

This NH version does not have an enclosed standard holder, to optimally install the various sizes of HYPERBAR on the aquarium, you can choose from the following mounting options:

Of course 400€ with the mount is expensive for a lamp, but it's a good investment! Since I thought it was a shame that there's no nice solution from Chihiros for an 80 cm tank - t... (read more)

Schöne Lampe :)
Natürlich sind mit Halterung 400€ für eine Lampe teuer, aber sie ist eine gute Investition! Da ich es schade fand, dass es für ein 80er Becken keine schöne Lösung von Chihiros gibt - die 60er, die man angeblich auch auf 80er Becken setzen kann, passt zwar drauf - jedoch ist die Halterung dann maximal ausgefahren, die Lampe fällt einem fast ins offene Becken & es sieht einfach scheisse aus. Da sieht die Skylight 75 sehr viel besser aus, da sie stabil auf dem Beckenrand steht. Das schlichte Design überzeugt mich - die Randhalter könnten etwas edler aussehen, dann würden sie mehr zum Lampenkörper passen.
Die App-Steuerung ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig.. also sie funktioniert einwandfrei bisher, ist jedoch nicht so schön intuitiv wie bei Chihiros (der 24h-Einstellmodus ist etwas komisch & nicht so easy einstellbar wie bei Chihiros).
Was ich auch etwas schade finde im Vergleich ist, dass man die einzelnen Farbkanäle nicht wie bei Chihiros einzeln einstellen kann. Es gibt vorgefertigte Lichteinstellungen, die die Lampe ausführt. Das typische rote „Bonbon“-Licht der Chihiros kann man mit der Skylight gar nicht nachempfinden.
Dass innovative Baudesign mit quasi eingebauten Shades ist clever - wenn ich jedoch näher vor mein 80er gehe, um etwas sehr nah zu beobachten, dann gibt es einen bestimmten Abstand bei dem mich die Lampe wieder blendet.
Die Farbwiedergabe ist toll & mindestens genauso gut wie eine Chihiros (WRGB 2 wird hier ständig als Vergleich heran gezogen). Meine Fische sehen unter dieser LED mindestens genauso klasse aus, die Fauna ebenso.
Ob sie ihren 400€-Preis tatsächlich wert ist? Ich weiß es nicht ganz, aber die zahlt sich durch die lange Lebensdauer, die sie haben wird sicherlich aus, sieht gut aus, macht ein gutes Licht, leuchtet alle Bereiche schön aus & ist eine edle Lampe, die auch schön über das ja eigentlich Standard-Maß eines 80er Beckens passt!
