Description
The Inlet Sponge is made for the ISTA Hang-On Filter. The sponge prevents shrimp, fish or crustaceans from being sucked into the filter. The replacement sponge is available in two different sizes which also fit on AZOO HangOn Filter MIGNON 150 , Aquael Versamax Mini and Dennerle Scaper's Flow Hangon-Filter.

Leider nicht garnelensicher!
Ich habe den Schwamm für meinen Dennerle Scapers Flow Filter gekauft. Der mitgelieferte Filter war mir zu fein und verstopfte alle 3-4 Tage, da ich nicht über Watte filtere und Fische und viel Laub habe. Ich freute mich daher diesen Filter gefunden zu haben. Er ist grobporiger (ich schätze im Bereich 10 ppi), leider ist er nicht garnelensicher!
Als ich meinen Filter rund einen Monat nach Kauf gereinigt habe, habe ich etwa 15 N. davidi Jungtiere entdeckt.
Ich werde zukünftig eher wieder einen Metallkorb verwenden und auf diese Art von Vorfilter verzichten.
Wer keine Zwerggarnelen hat, könnte mit diesem Ansaugschutz allerdings glücklich werden. Der Filter sitzt gut auf dem Ansaugrohr, nicht zu locker und nicht zu fest.
