Description
Tropical River Sand by DOOA is a substrate for aquariums. It is a natural product from rivers and thus doesn't contain pices of corals. As a result the sand does not raise the hardness of the water. This sand is especially interesting due to the natural colour and gives a natural look to the aquarium, as it includes different grain sizes.
Usage
Thoroughly rinse before applying on the ground of the aquarium.

As already mentioned in the headline, I would rather call it fine gravel. Sand is misleading here. The product itself is simply great. (read more)

Toller Kies
Great gravel, hence the star deduction, but the color matches the finer La Plata sand very well.

Kies kein Sand
Super Kies, daher der Stern abzug, aber farblich sehr passen zu dem feineren La Plata Sand.
The grain size is really quite coarse. More of a mix between sand and gravel. I mixed this sand with the ADA La Plata. Looks very natural now.

Sehr grober Sand
Die Körnung ist doch sehr grob. Eher eine Mischung zwischen Sand und Kies. Habe diesen Sand mit dem ADA La Plata gemischt. Sieht jetzt sehr natürlich aus.
