Description
ARKA myAQUA pH meter enables fast and accurate determination of the pH value of water and other liquids.
The measuring range extends from pH 0 - 14 in 0,01 increments. myAQUA pH meter has an accuracy of +/- 0,01..
It can be used for freshwater and seawater, but also for tap and osmosis water.

Note
Different calibration powders are supplied for calibration. These must be mixed with distilled water according to the instructions in order to calibrate the measuring instrument.

The device doesn't show correct readings. I compared with different test reagents. I can calibrate the device, but that doesn't change the consistently strongly (0.5 to 0. (read more)

Das Gerät zeigt keine korrekten Messwerte an. Ich habe mit unterschiedlichen Mess-Reagenzien verglichen. Ich kann das Gerät zwar kalibrieren, das ändert aber nichts an der stehts stark (0,5 bis
0,8) erhöhte Anzeige. Zudem ändert das Gerät den angezeigten Wert permanet. Eine Aufbewahrung in KCL Lösung hat nicht geholfen.
When you read up on such cheap pH testers, you keep reading that they either don't work at all or only for a short time. So my expectations weren't particularly high either. (read more)

Nach 2 Wochen kaputt.
Wenn man sich über solche billigen pH-Tester informiert, liest man immer wieder, dass sie entweder gar nicht oder nur kurzzeitig funktionieren. So war meine Erwartungshaltung auch nicht besonders groß.
Ich wurde dahingehend nicht enttäuscht:
Nach 2 Wochen werden nur noch Phantasiewerte angezeigt, eine neue Kalibriation mit den verbliebenen Pulvern funktioniert nicht - Fehleranzeige ERR.
Ab in die Tonne damit ...
