AQUARIO Neo Flow In-/Outflow Set Premium V.2

I installed the filter inlet/outlet at the front right in a small 60 l cube. Very nice and unobtrusive and really crystal clear in the water. It's a joy to watch them do their reliable work.

Well, I have to say, great product. I installed the inflow (the thing that goes from the tank to the pump) reversed, so that the long part goes into the tank and the short part is for the tubing connection. Works perfectly. I also put a small filter mesh on it so the baby snails don't get sucked in.

On the outflow (from the pump into the tank), I took off the reliever because it created too much turbulence for me. I prefer some current in the water for my filter-feeding snails and mussels. I did install the skimmer (the main reason for the purchase), though, and I'm more than surprised how well it works! I have crystal-clear water, and now on the surface, too. The surface is slightly wavy because of the pump output, but it was before as well, and I still had biofilm back then. Now it's completely gone and doesn't form again. Really great. I will buy these filter inlets and outlets for every future 35 L aquarium!

My setup: 35L Scapers Tank low-iron glass from Dennerle, Eheim Experience 250 external filter at approx. 60% output. The aquarium is fully planted and has some wood in it and a few snails. Runs perfectly.

After several glass breakages with other pipes, I chose this set made of PETG. Unlike what's shown in the picture, I installed the inlet with the longer side in the aquarium. Workmanship and quality are really EXCELLENT! A visual dream for every aquarist.

Let it be loud and clear now. After almost a year of use. This is a very bad product. I have all the equipment for it, except for the lilly pipe, it's worth nothing.

I had this kit for 2 years on my aquarium, and the material is pretty solid !

I had constraints of space for my inlet-outlet filters (Oase styleline 175 aquarium with a cover) and those are the only inlet-outlet kit that fits on my aquarium.

Pros :

The skimmer on the outlet is a great idea to avoid the shrimps to finish inside the filter with skimmer on the inlet. They also are a better solution than an external skimmer (no filters to clean periodically, and less clutter inside the aquarium).

The accessories available are numerous (smaller inlet meshing, other outlet form).

Spare parts are available individually, creating a maintenance price quite low.

Cons :

The kit should be improved by default with the "insubmersible" skimmer instead of the classic one.

The plastic will keep marks if cleaned with a brush, even if the brush seems quite smooth -> mandatory to clean it in chemicals periodically.
